“ DL has been instrumental in the
development of the
Pacific Archive of Digital Data for
Learning and Education (PADDLE). DL’s work has been
critical in providing electronic access to Pacific
education policy, planning and development publications.
DL also worked with us to provide a CD version that has
been widely distributed in the region.
PADDLE statistics show that it is widely used by Pacific
and international educators and feedback from users has
been encouraging, with one person emailing to say
“I
must say that I am really, really pleased to be able to go
online and find so many education documents about the
Pacific”. This praise says a lot about the quality of
DL’s work.
The PRIDE Project found the DL team great to work with and
this relationship is continuing with the digitization of
Directions: Journal of Educational
Studies. DL have digitized over 1,520 pages of
Directions articles and worked with us to ensure that
Directions like PADDLE will provide fantastic electronic
access to Pacific education material. ”
